- Two and a half years ago I was widowed at age 40. Everything changed overnight and I am still learning to navigate my new life and handle the challenges. Doing my best to help my 11 yr old daughter process what has happened. I am the group organizer.

“ Hi all, Thank you for spending the evening with me. I am so sorry that any of you have to be a part of this group, but it was very helpful to meet with like minded individuals. As Robin said it's a "new normal", but only people who have through the journey to this new normal really understand. “ Hi all. I am going to try and make the next meeting at healing hearts. I have been having a rough time recently. I was doing OK and then I had what would have been my 25th wedding anniversary on April 29. since then its been difficult. Anyone else having these roller coaster emotions?
