Life is to short to let time pass you by. Maybe you're married but grew apart and divorce is not in the cards or separated and learning to date again. Maybe you and your significant other don't like the same things. For me I started a journey of "eating Healthy and Staying Active' and lost 110/lbs. My spouse did not join me along this path. I now enjoy exercise and other outdoor activities. Maybe someone needs help in their own journey but isn't getting support from their spouse.
